The industrial-themed metalwork for Walt & Whitman Brewing was all custom made. These one-of-a-kind pieces include a pizza oven behind the bar, a coffee table in the sitting area, two counters with swinging stools that line the walls of the cafe, and the skin on the cafe's serving counter.

The Cantina Restaurant project involved many aspects of steelwork. Existing steel joists were reinforced to accept new equipment loads. The existing fire stairwell that did not meet the current code was removed and a new code-compliant stair was fabricated and dropped in through the roof. The dining area grand stairwell was retrofitted with a new railing system. New “Bombay” style rails were added at the second-floor dining area along Broadway. Privacy partitions between seating areas were created using plate steel laser cut with intricate designs and a custom paint finish.

The metalwork was designed around a Tuscan theme that the owner desired. All pieces are one-of-a-kind and unique to the bistro. Pieces include exterior canopy, countertops, steel railings, room divider screens, candelabras, stemware and glass racks, wine racks, and custom light fixtures.

The metalwork was a collaborative design between David Zecchini and Joe Joslyn around a Mediterranean theme. All pieces are one-of-a-kind and unique to the bistro. Pieces include restaurant signage, a custom bar, steel railings, room shelving, and room dividing cabinet, stemware and glass racks, bar tap handles, and custom light fixtures.

The Kivort Steel project was a total rehab of the sales offices and conference rooms. The work included reskinning the building exterior, designing 2 large exterior steel canopies, and incorporating the steel products Kivort sells into the interior design.
Custom fabricated design elements included: custom steel moldings, customer gathering tables, coffee and side tables, credenzas, executive desks, wall trim, wall art, wall treatments, custom steel doors, and a stair.
