Our enclosed and environmentally controlled state-of-the-art paint facility is a Class I, Division I paint booth. The booth is equipped with 65’ of in-feed and out-feed tracks allowing product to be fed into the facility for painting and out of the facility when complete.

 

The facility boasts LED lighting and utilizes a “bake” mode where temperatures are maintained at 140 degrees Fahrenheit for a final cure of your coatings. We are capable of applying a simple prime coat, as well as any number of more sophisticated multi-part finishes.

 

The booth can handle large pieces with a maximum part size of 12’W x 12’H x 65’L.
